User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Facebook Developer Policies, Google API Services policies, GDPR, and CCPA, this page provides step-by-step instructions on how you can remove your activities and request deletion of your personal data from WBP Social Command Center.

Your Right to Erasure & Immediate Token Revocation

WBP Social Command Center respects your right to have all personal information, social media access tokens, synchronized post history, and media assets permanently erased from our systems. Disconnecting a platform immediately invalidates and purges all active OAuth authorization tokens.

1. How to Remove WBP Social via Facebook / Meta

According to Meta Platform Rules, we provide User Data Deletion Instructions. If you wish to remove your activities and permissions granted to WBP Social Command Center or WP Bulk Publishing from Facebook or Instagram, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, select Apps and Websites.
  3. Search for or scroll down to locate WBP Social Command Center (or WP Bulk Publishing).
  4. Click Remove next to the application name.
  5. (Optional) In the confirmation dialog, check the box if you wish to delete past posts and events published through the app, then click Remove.
Automatic Revocation: Once removed on Facebook, Meta immediately notifies our webhook or renders all existing access tokens invalid. We automatically purge all associated Facebook and Instagram access tokens from our database within 24 hours.

2. How to Disconnect Other Connected Networks

Google & YouTube

Visit Google Security Permissions. Select WBP Social Command Center and click Remove Access.

LinkedIn

Go to LinkedIn Settings & Privacy > Data Privacy > Permitted Services, find WBP Social, and click Remove.

TikTok

Open the TikTok App, go to Profile > Settings and Privacy > Security & Permissions > Manage App Permissions, and remove WBP Social.

Pinterest, X & Reddit

Navigate to each platform's Authorized Apps / Connected Accounts settings page and click Revoke Access.

3. In-App Self-Service Data Deletion

You can delete connected social channels or your entire workspace directly inside WBP Social Command Center at any time:

  • Disconnect a Channel: Go to Integrations in the sidebar, locate the social profile, and click Disconnect Account. All stored tokens for that channel are wiped immediately.
  • Delete Workspace Data: Go to Settings > Workspace > Delete Workspace Data. This permanently purges all campaigns, draft variants, media assets, and audit logs.

4. Submit a Data Deletion Request

If you cannot access your account or wish to request an immediate, manual data purge, submit your request below or email us directly at Wpbulkpublishing@gmail.com.

5. Data Purge Timeline & SLA

We commit to the following strict timeline for all deletion requests:

  • Immediate (Real-Time): Revocation and neutralization of stored OAuth access and refresh tokens.
  • Within 24 to 48 Hours: Soft deletion and severance of user profile, social channel IDs, and active queue schedules.
  • Within 30 Days: Full, irreversible hard deletion from all production database replicas, media cloud storage buckets, and server cache layers.
