By connecting your accounts, you confirm you have all necessary rights to publish submitted content and agree to comply with both these Terms and the developer terms of each connected platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
By accessing or using the WBP Social Command Center website, web application, APIs, or related services (collectively, the 'Service'), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to bind yourself or the company, brand, or entity you represent to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Transmit unsolicited bulk messages, spam, artificial engagement schemes, or intentionally trigger platform rate limits.
Upload or publish photos, videos, music, logos, or content that infringes upon any trademark, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.
Distribute defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, harassing, hateful, or malicious materials, including malware or phishing vectors.
Reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, or attempt unauthorized circumvention of security controls, authentication mechanisms, or database isolation.
WBP Social Command Center integrates with official APIs provided by third-party social networks. When you connect an account, you represent and warrant that your use of the Service adheres strictly to each platform's rules and guidelines:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram): You agree to abide by the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards.
- Google & YouTube: You agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, Google APIs Terms of Service, and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- LinkedIn: You agree to comply with the LinkedIn User Agreement and LinkedIn API Terms of Use.
- TikTok: You agree to adhere to the TikTok Terms of Service and Commercial Terms.

- Reddit: You agree to abide by the Reddit User Agreement and Reddit Data API Terms.
We are not responsible or liable for any action taken by a third-party social network, including suspension, throttling, or termination of your social account resulting from your breach of third-party platform terms.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of all rights, titles, and interests in and to any text, ideas, images, videos, audio, and graphics that you upload or compose using the Service ('User Content').
License to Us: By submitting or scheduling User Content through WBP Social Command Center, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transfer, display, adapt, and publish your User Content solely to the extent required to provide the Service and execute your publishing instructions.
Our Platform: WP Bulk Publishing retains all proprietary rights, copyright, and trademarks in and to the WBP Social Command Center application, software code, UI designs, brand marks, and documentation. You may not duplicate or distribute any portion of our platform without prior written consent.
6. API Changes and Service Availability
You acknowledge that our ability to provide automated publishing and analytics depends upon the continuous availability and operating parameters of third-party social APIs. Third-party platforms may update their APIs, modify permitted rate limits, change permission models, or experience unexpected service downtime without notice.
We strive to maintain maximum platform reliability, but we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or entirely errorless at all times.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
